What that really means:
Yes, I have been here for quite a few years, but that is not why I'm called a "Senior Academic Advisor." I advise prospective students and current students in the Department of Mechanical Engineering on questions regarding admissions to our program, our curriculum and general questions.

Best advice for prospective students:
Visit the university to see how you feel about the campus before applying. Check out all engineering disciplines before you make a decision on a major. APPLY EARLY!
